William Parkin is a partner in the firm. Mr. Parkin has extensive experience in land use litigation and advising and representing government agencies.

Mr. Parkin is an author of a number of regulatory information and compliance guides on RCRA, CERCLA, Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Safe Drinking Water Act, asbestos laws, FIFRA, and state equivalents for California, Florida, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and Washington. He has been a guest lecturer at regulatory framework classes at the University of California, Santa Cruz Extension, on air and water pollution control and other environmental issues.

Mr. Parkin graduated from Drew University, in Madison, NJ, in 1985 with a degree in Biology/Ecology. He received his J.D. from the University of Colorado, School of Law in December 1987. During his time at the University of Colorado, he worked for the National Wildlife Federation’s Natural Resources Litigation Clinic in Boulder, CO. Mr. Parkin was admitted to practice law in California in 1989.
